Empowered to make "patient-first" decisions, Talbert doctors are committed to serving patients in diverse communities. Our patients view you, the members of our provider network, as an extension of Talbert. As such, you are an integral component of our patient-centered philosophy and we are delighted to include you as members of TEAM TALBERT.

To ensure our network providers maintain the same exacting standards as our in-center providers, we have developed a provider manual. This manual serves as a tool to all things Talbert. It is a valuable and necessary instrument for both the physician and office staff.

For your convenience, provider manuals have now been placed on our network physician website, The Link. Simply log on and click on the provider manual link on the left side of the screen. Please note that there are two versions: one for Talbert IPA doctors and one for AMA IPA doctors.

Not signed up for The Link access?

If you haven't signed up for The Link access, simply complete one of the forms listed below and fax the completed, signed form to (714) 436-4803. Access should be given within 2 weeks. If you need assistance with the form or have questions about The Link, please contact Talbert's contract administration.

The Link - New Access form (for offices that do not access The Link)
The Link - View Only Access Form (recommended for business/billing offices)
The Link - Additions/Deletions Access Form (for office already accessing The Link but needing changes to staff's access)
