Talbert's Fees for Basic Services
Whether due to a desire to be more proactive in your health care, a change in your health care insurance, or the economic downturn, you are interested in understanding more about the costs for your health care. Oftentimes, this information is difficult to find or reluctantly given and you end up feeling confused and frustrated. Not here. Not with Talbert Medical Group.
Talbert believes that the more information you have about your health care, the more you will partner with us to provide you with the best possible health care for your health needs. We want you to have the information you need to make the smartest, most qualified decision regarding the health care services you or your family needs.
To that end, we have created a Fees for Basic Services schedule that lists costs associated with many of our basic health care services. You will see fees for immunizations, physical exams, obstetrical care, basic preventive care, and office visits related to illness or injury.
Please note that the health care costs and fees listed for an office visit are for the visit only. Your doctor may order procedures or lab tests that are required for the diagnosis or treatment of your medical condition. The prices for these procedures or tests will be in addition to those prices listed on the fee schedule and may be quoted by the front office staff at each of our centers - either over the phone or in person.
